Hi, I'm your coach, Shahrean.Â
I'm a 3rd-generation yoga teacher and Ayurvedic health coach working with women navigating midlife changes in their bodies, energy, and health.
I don’t believe in quick fixes, extreme protocols, or pushing harder when your body is already under strain. My work is grounded in rhythm, nervous system awareness, gut health, and sustainable habits that actually fit real life.
I’ve spent years supporting women through perimenopause, digestive issues, inflammation, and burnout, not by asking them to do more, but by helping them do what matters, consistently and with support.
