FREE ABHYANGA:

Reset Your Nervous System with Ayurvedic Self-Massage

Learn the ancient ritual of Abhyanga — and discover what your nervous system has been missing.

You’ve probably heard about Ayurveda’s daily rituals. But have you experienced them? This Sunday 29th June, I’m inviting you into one of Ayurveda’s most powerful self-care practices: Abhyanga, a warm oil self-massage that nourishes the nervous system, boosts circulation, and grounds the mind.

This live session is normally reserved for students inside my Ayurveda coaching program, but I’m opening it up, just this once, for others who want to experience how simple, joyful, and healing Ayurvedic lifestyle practices can be.

Here’s what to expect:

  • A full guided Abhyanga self-massage you can follow along with

  • A short warm-up with stretches + joint movements
  • Space for rest, stillness, and grounding

Session Time:
Sunday at 9:00 AM AEST (Melbourne time)
You’ll receive the Zoom link and setup details when you register.

What You’ll Need:

  • A quiet, cozy space (bedroom or bathroom floor is perfect)

  • A yoga mat with a towel over it (or just a towel is fine)

  • Around ½ to 1 cup of warm oil (Black sesame is ideal, but use what you’ve got)

  • Loose clothing you don’t mind staining (shorts and a t-shirt work great)

This session is free but spaces are limited.

Enter your email below to register for the LIVE Abhyanga on Sunday, 29th June @ 9am AEST (Melbourne).

I understand I will be added to HAPI Yoga's mailing list and can unsubscribe at any time.

I'm Shahrean.

A 3rd generation Yoga teacher, Ayurvedic health coach, psychology grad, and mum of two.

I don’t do wellness trends. I teach real Yoga and Ayurveda; the kind that helps you actually feel better, not just look like you have your life together.

After years of digestive issues, hormonal chaos, and feeling “off” despite doing everything by the book, I stopped outsourcing my health to experts, apps, and advice that didn’t speak to the reality of a woman’s body in her late 30s and 40s.

What actually worked? Returning to rhythm. Building stronger digestion. Creating daily rituals that support the nervous system and hormones not sabotage them.

Now I help other women do the same.
Not by going backwards, not by biohacking but by evolving into something more sustainable. More powerful. More you.

This session is a taste of that. Not a performance. Not a fix. Just a reminder that your body already knows what it needs, you just need to slow down long enough to listen.
