Hi, I'm Shahrean.

A 3rd generation Yoga teacher, Ayurvedic health coach, psychology grad, and mum of two.

I don’t teach yoga as a trend or a workout. I teach it as it was meant to be: a practice that grounds you, restores you, and helps you move through life with more ease and energy.

After years of trying to “do everything right”  and still battling digestive issues, hormonal chaos, and that constant feeling of being off, I realised what was missing wasn’t effort. It was rhythm. Real practices that support a woman’s body beyond 35.

Now, I help other women return to that. Not by chasing fads or forcing harder workouts, but through yoga that evolves with you, strengthens your body, and steadies your mind.

This challenge is a taste of that. Not a performance. Not a quick fix. Just space to breathe, move, and remember what your body can do when you give it the right kind of attention.
